Do You Need Our Help?

We don't offer a hand out, but a hand up.  We want to prepare you to be a successful, independent person who has the self-esteem and skills to make it in the world on your own.

We serve female youth and young adults, ages 18yrs - 25yrs, who are homeless, aged-out of the foster care system or in transition through a variety of programs in Davidson and Rutherford Counties in Tennessee.

Empowerment Center for Young Women

Our Empowerment Center for Young Women is a transitional home for young female adults between the ages of 18-25 who are homeless, aged out of foster care or in transition to independence.  We provide food, clothing, case management and independent living classes that will enable her to reach her fullest potential as she receives her GED, enrolls in college and/or finds employment.  We also provide the young lady with financial housing assistance for an off-site apartment, house or duplex.  Females may participate in our transitional housing program for 6 months up to 1 year and we are available to them for outside assistance for up to two years after graduating from our program.

We partner with several organizations who help youth in need of assistance.  If you are an organziation and have a young lady who needs our assistance, please call or email and we will set up an appointment to meet with you and the young lady to determine if we are the right resource.
